Meet the Baker

Growing up, I always had a passion for baking which led me to my first job at a local bakery in Jacksonville, Fl. From there, I continued to learn new, innovative skills and techniques that propelled me into the "Head Cake Decorator" role at various bakeries. During that time, I also pursued two Bachelor's degrees in unrelated fields at the University of North Florida. In 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith to work towards my ultimate goal of owning and operating my own bakery. The joy I receive from creating custom products along with the happiness on my client's faces makes all the hard work worthwhile.
